The Building Your Arts Star (BYAS) programme is a free, 16-week online arts management course tailored for emerging Pacific performing artists in Aotearoa. Aimed at empowering participants, BYAS offers a comprehensive toolkit for building sustainable careers in the arts. The programme features weekly workshops led by industry professionals and includes a six-week one-on-one mentorship phase for personalised guidance.

Building Your Arts Waka (BYAW) is a free education programme to support learning of Arts Management, with industry run workshops and mentoring. It has exceptional impact in empowering Pasifika across Aotearoa.

Participants gain access to essential tools, resources, and ongoing support from the Lima Productions team, while becoming part of a vibrant, connected community of Pacific creatives.

The Navigators – Producers Programme is a new course launching this year, designed to support Pasifika artists eager to step into producing theatre and dance.
